  • In Customer Maintenance, on the Tax Exempt tab, a Customer Tax Exempt record can now have a Tax Code associated with the record. During sales order maintenance this will help insure that the Tax Code matches the tax exempt status of the sales order. - Release Date: 4/13/2021

  • Added Bill Code and Work Code selectivity fields in the Labor Time Clock Listing report. Note that Bill Code and Work Code selectivity will include matching IJ and OJ records (even though OJ records do not actually have the Bill Code and Work Code fields).   • Sales Order
  • Sales Order Maintenance and Sales Order Detail Maintenance now support column sort ability for the detail grid for selected columns. - Release Date: 5/18/2021
  • Sales Order Maintenance now supports both an Invoice Date field and a Due Date field for the Sales Order Master. The Invoice Date will be set when printing a Sales Order Invoice, and the Due Date will be set based on the Invoice Date and order Payment Terms. If you close a Sales Order and the Invoice Date has not been set then it will use either the Finalize Date if set else it will use the Closed Date - and the Due Date will be computed based on the Invoice Date and Payment Terms. Once the Invoice Date and Due Date have been set, they can only be changed if the user has the new permission of SalesOrderChangeInvoiceDate. - Release Date: 3/10/2021
  • Sales Order Maintenance and Sales Order Detail Maintenance now have an "Un-Reduce" toolbar option to un-reduce inventory. - Release Date: 2/25/2021

  • In System - System Codes Maintenance - Warehouses - Warehouse Maintenance, you can now enter a Name & Address for a warehouse. This warehouse name/address can be assigned as a ship-to address on a purchase order now. - Release Date: 5/14/2021
  • System Parameter Maintenance now includes a checkbox option to enable Currency Conversions. Currency Conversions will slowly be integrated into TREQSO based on user feedback/needs. - Release Date: 2/26/2021
  • System Parameter Maintenance now includes a Sales Tax Interface setting. The default setting will be for TREQSO where sales tax is computed using Tax Codes, Tax Groups, and Tax Exempt Number. You can also choose the Vertex option if your company has the the Vertex "O" Series sales tax software. - Release Date: 2/26/2021

Fixed Items

  • There is generic selectivity used throughout Treqso that allows for fields to use "NOT" operations (Not Equals, Not Between, Not Contains, Not Starts With, Not Ends With). When these operations were stacked together, they previously did not produce the results expected. The logic of these operations have been modified to now give the desired result. - Release Date: 6/10/2021
  • The selectivity box at the bottom of generic reports would show an error if an ampersand (&) was used in any selectivity for the report. - Release Date: 5/18/2021
  • Various TREQSO pages and messages and report column headings have been modified so the Accounting Parameter settings for Profit Center Prompt and Cost Center Prompt will be used consistently. - Release Date: 4/7/2021

  • Scheduled reports could not be printed. - Release Date: 6/22/2021
  • Inventory
  • Inventory Count Report fields that include Actual Quantity were modified to always return the quantity (even if it is zero) regardless of whether the tag record had been marked as Counted. This fixes a problem where inventory count variance reports were showing blanks for adjusted records that were NOT counted. To exclude non-counted tags from an Inventory Count Variance Report, you should be selective on Counted = True. - Release Date: 6/10/2021
  • Warehouse Transfer Maintenance fixed a problem in either the "Close" or "Direct" transfer actions where it did not handle filling attached backorders that do not have a Requisition. These actions now correctly handle: (1) Backorder attachment WITHOUT requisition (2) Backorder attachment WITH requisition (3) Requisition with NO BACKORDER - Release Date: 5/28/2021
  • In Inventory Count Process, when entering actual counts in Inventory Count Maintenance and you are adding a Manual tag, the Landed Cost was incorrectly getting set to the Actual Cost value and should've used the Landed Cost Markup formula to compute the Landed Cost based on the Actual Cost. - Release Date: 4/26/2021
  • Labor
  • The "Employee Number" selectivity field in Employee Daily Time Summary was incorrectly named. It is actually the "Employee Branch Number" field. The "Employees" field has also been renamed to "Employee Number". - Release Date: 5/19/2021
  • The Efficiency Report page was not respecting Saved Settings when being run. - Release Date: 4/1/2021
  • Manufacturing
  • In Mfg. Order Maintenance, when trying to build a part, the routine was incorrectly returning success status when there were broken rules. This problem has been fixed. - Release Date: 6/9/2021
  • In Mfg. Order Detail Maintenance, clicking the [Un-Reduce Inventory] button when the component part is a Serial Number Required part and the Needed Quantity is greater than 1 will now bring up the "Get Serial Numbers" popup window to allow you to enter the serial numbers to return to inventory. By default, the "Get Serial Numbers" page will try to populate the Serial Number text boxes with the serial numbers that were originally reduced for this order line item per the Inventory Transaction records for the line item. - Release Date: 4/9/2021
  • A problem was fixed in Mfg. Order Maintenance where clicking the "Add Order Detail" button would bring up the Mfg. Order Detail Maintenance window not correctly positioned. - Release Date: 3/17/2021
  • Uploaded documents in Manufacturing Orders were not being associated with the order and therefore not showing in the list of Misc. Manufacturing Order documents. - Release Date: 2/25/2021

  • In Part Maintenance, for the "Change Type" option, several changes were made to prevent changing the Part Type to a non-inventory part type if there was inventory for the part. - Release Date: 6/3/2021
  • In Part Maintenance, the Supplier ID was not showing for sequence options in the Quoting Templates grid. The supplier name would also not display if you viewed/edited an existing sequence option. - Release Date: 5/20/2021
  • A problem in Part Maintenance was fixed where the page help could not be located if you used the "Go To Part" menu option to find the part. - Release Date: 3/17/2021
  • Payables
  • Several changes were made to Quick Invoice/Payment entry to fix navigation problems between Defaults section and Payment section and Invoice section and to allow default button setting to work in all sections. - Release Date: 6/3/2021
  • A problem was fixed in Create Payments where the totals for Payment Amount and Discount Taken were incorrect if you changed any of those text box values to partially pay an invoice or invoices. - Release Date: 4/30/2021
  • The Cash Requirements page was not respecting Saved Settings when being run. - Release Date: 4/1/2021
  • A problem was fixed in Payables Accounting Reconciliation Report where the "Show Differences Only" option was not working. - Release Date: 3/19/2021
  • A problem was fixed with the Payables Reconciliation Aging Reports where the aging columns were not summarizing correctly. The report title of the aging reports was also changed to "Payables Aging Report " to more accurately reflect the report variant being created. - Release Date: 3/18/2021
  • In Payables Invoice Maintenance, a problem was fixed where occasionally when clicking the [Close] button a popup window reported "Your invoice is not currently balanced." even though the Invoice Total matched the Invoice Amount. - Release Date: 3/1/2021
  • Purchase Order
  • An error was fixed if the Supplier Name field was in the grouping of a summarized Purchase Orders report, Purchase Order Receiving report, or Backorders report. - Release Date: 5/24/2021
  • The Supplier Name field in Purchase Order Maintenance views will now show the name on the purchase order rather than the supplier name if the purchase order uses a misc. supplier. - Release Date: 5/24/2021
  • The part number field in Purchase Order Detail Maintenance was not being disabled for existing detail. - Release Date: 5/21/2021
  • Purchase Order Detail Maintenance fixed a problem where Part Supplier quantity cost breaks were not working consistently. - Release Date: 4/19/2021
  • The Import Receiving from External Text File page would fail if a record had an empty Date Received field. The user will now be shown which record this occurred on and continue with the remaining records. - Release Date: 4/1/2021
  • In Purchase Order Receiving, a problem was fixed where receiving an unknown part or non-inventory part would incorrectly clear the Requisition fields on the Purchase Order Detail record for that part. - Release Date: 3/5/2021
  • Purchase Order to Payables Reconciliation was changed to show the Purchase Order Detail Inventory Account on the detail grid instead of showing the Part Master Account Group Inventory Account. - Release Date: 3/3/2021
  • Purchase Order Receiving fixed a problem where you could not receive an unknown part if you changed the Unit Of Measure for that part on the purchase order. You should be able to receive an unknown part with any valid UOM. - Release Date: 3/3/2021
  • Quote
  • Parts within the template of a Kit part were always being added as components on a quote regardless of the kit component flag on the part sequence. - Release Date: 6/11/2021
  • The Regular/List Price was not being updated on Kit Components and Assemblies when performing the Update option in Quote Maintenance. - Release Date: 6/11/2021
  • The Model Maintenance would not load in some instances because it was still referencing the removed Labor Routing feature in v1.21. - Release Date: 6/10/2021
  • The landed cost on detail was not being set when a quote was updated. This in turn led to the price not being updated on any parts whose price type was based off of landed cost. - Release Date: 5/21/2021
  • The quantity on a pick one/many model sequence was incorrectly being rounded to the nearest whole number when being added to a quote. - Release Date: 4/6/2021
  • In Quote Maintenance, when using the "Create Order" toolbar button to export a quote to a sales order, a problem was fixed where Labor Estimate records were not using the correct phase number from Part Master if the labor part had a part master phase number. - Release Date: 3/11/2021
  • Receivables
  • The generic Receivables Transaction report may produce an error when Tax Code fields were used on the report. - Release Date: 6/10/2021
  • The Receivables Account Report fixed a problem where incorrect amounts were computed for Cost Of Goods Sold Accounts and Inventory Accounts. The Actual Cost should be used and not the Transaction Amount for those accounts. Also zero amount transactions should be skipped. - Release Date: 5/21/2021
  • Receivables Invoice Maintenance was fixed to show the Part Description if the Part Number is not blank. - Release Date: 4/30/2021
  • The Credit Manager Report page was not respecting Saved Settings when being run. - Release Date: 4/1/2021
  • A problem was fixed in Receivables - Post Receivables Transactions where it was not correctly computing the unapplied amount for order payments flagged as "Is Deposit". - Release Date: 3/2/2021
  • In Receivables Payment Maintenance, the Unapplied Amount in the "Payment Info" box was incorrect for "Is Deposit" order payments. It was showing an unapplied amount even though the deposit amount had been fully applied. - Release Date: 3/2/2021
  • The Import Receivables Payments from External Text File was not working if the Invoice Payment Applied field was not mapped. - Release Date: 2/26/2021
  • Sales Order
  • In Sales Order Detail Maintenance, when you add detail for a negative quantity inventoried part, it will now only set the "Return To Inventory" checkbox if Account Class is "IN" (i.e. Inventory). - Release Date: 6/11/2021
  • In Sales Order Maintenance, when clicking the [Print Invoice] button, and the Sales Order Parameter to "Finalize On Print" is set, then when finalizing the order, if there are any broken rules, then show them and abort printing. This fixes a problem where the user tried to print (and finalize) an Invoice for a sales order that had a backordered item - which should not be allowed. In this situation, users wanting to print a "pro forma" invoice showing Order Quantity instead of Ship Quantity could use the [Print Order] button to print a pro forma invoice. - Release Date: 6/11/2021
  • In Sales Order Detail Maintenance, when using the [PIck Inventory] toolbar button, a problem was fixed where the Serial Number field incorrectly got assigned the Lot value. - Release Date: 5/26/2021
  • In Sales Order Detail Maintenance, a problem was fixed where the "Return To Inventory" checkbox was not visible and marked as checked for an inventoried part with a negative Order Quantity record that was created earlier - for example by exporting a quote to a sales order. - Release Date: 5/25/2021
  • In Sales Order Detail Maintenance, when updating an existing record, the Account Class of the Inventory Account will be checked to prevent changing an inventoried part to use a non-inventory account class (and vice-versa for non-inventoried parts). - Release Date: 5/25/2021
  • In Sales Order - Copy, the "Update Costs" option has been renamed as "Update Costs/Prices" because when you update the Regular Cost then any cost based price types need the Selling Price updated to be correct for the updated cost. - Release Date: 5/24/2021
  • The Allow Print Order and Allow Print Invoice fields in Sales Order Comment Types were not working. - Release Date: 5/18/2021
  • The Inventory account drop-down in Sales Order Detail Maintenance was being restricted to only Inventory accounts if the DEFAULT PART was set as an inventory item. - Release Date: 4/12/2021
  • When closing a Sales Order that has an "Is Deposit" sales order payment, the Receivables Transaction was getting created with the payment using the Sales Order Master Sold-To Customer ID as the Receivables Transaction Sold-To Customer ID and it should have used the Bill-To Customer ID. This is because for Receivables payment transactions the Sold-To Customer ID is the "Paid By" customer - which is the sales order Bill-To Customer ID for order payments. - Release Date: 3/8/2021
  • In Sales Order - Other - Add/Delete Detail for Many Orders, a problem was fixed where you could not add the same Part Number for different Sequence Numbers. The routine now checks for existing detail by using the Model, Phase Number, Sequence Number, and Part Number. - Release Date: 3/3/2021
  • Pricing Rules and Vehicle Information were not being copied in the Sales Order Maintenance - Copy process. - Release Date: 3/2/2021

Changes

  • Generic Reports and Finders that have fields for Customer ID / Supplier ID now include Customer Number / Supplier Number fields to allow you to sort these fields in optional numerical sequence rather than alphanumeric sequence. - Release Date: 4/30/2021
  • The Finder feature (used by Part Maintenance, Customer/Supplier Maintenance, and order maintenance pages) now allows filtering using the double quote (") character. - Release Date: 4/26/2021
  • All Maintenance pages that utilize tabs to show related data will now show the tab label in bold font if there are any records in that tab.   • In GL Transaction Maintenance, updated the detail grid to include the numbers and names for Account, Branch, Profit Center, and Cost Center and added Subsidiary ID to the grid. - Release Date: 4/15/2021
  • The G/L Transaction Maintenance page now has selectivity outside of the finder grid for Transaction Year/Month. This allows users to enter a Year/Month range to view in the finder grid. - Release Date: 4/6/2021
  • In GL Recurring Transactions Maintenance, when you change the Ending Transaction Date field and click [Update] then that date will be set for ALL records for the current transaction. - Release Date: 4/1/2021
  • The Transaction/Balance Inquiry page was changed so the Branch, Profit Center, and Cost Center drop-down boxes no longer include Inactive records. Note that the Account Number drop-down box already excluded Inactive accounts. - Release Date: 4/1/2021
  • On the "Change Fiscal Year" form, a warning label has been added to warn you that changing your fiscal year-end will delete all account balance history from before the new fiscal year. - Release Date: 3/2/2021

  • The Inventory - Post Inventory Transactions routine was changed so when creating GL Transactions for "SO" and "SR" inventory transaction types, the GL Transaction Description will now be the Customer Name + (Transaction Type). Additionally, the Inventory - Post Inventory Transactions routine was changed so when creating GL Transactions for "PO" and "PR" inventory transaction types, the Transaction Description will now be the Supplier Name + (Transaction Type). - Release Date: 4/1/2021
  • Warehouse Transfers are now maintained with a Master/Detail relationship. Along with this, the Warehouse Transfer Master now has new fields for: Order Date, Order Status, Order Description, Shipping Method, and Tracking Number. The "From Warehouse" and "Into Warehouse" fields are now also part of the Warehouse Transfer Master record - which means that a given Transfer Order can only have a single From Warehouse and Into Warehouse specified. The Warehouse Transfer Detail record now has the Line Item and Part Number related info. A new Warehouse Transfer Detail field of Expected Date has also been added. Additionally, Warehouse Transfer Detail records can now have backorders attached to the transfer order line. - Release Date: 3/31/2021
  • In Part Status Inquiry, added the ability to select specific a warehouse and branch. The quantities shown will be based on the Warehouse selection. Costs and Supplier information will be based on the Branch selection. - Release Date: 3/17/2021
  • In Part Status Inquiry, the Usage History popup window will now include the MTD quantity in the usage history as well as in the Total usage text box. - Release Date: 3/17/2021
  • Added the ability to set and save default selectivity for Dead Inventory Report, Inventory Adjusted Stock Status Report, Inventory Count Process, Inventory Reorder Report, Set Inventory Levels, Inventory Suggested Order Report, and Update ABC Codes based on Usage. - Release Date: 3/9/2021
  • In Part Status Inquiry, the "Zoom to Available" button will now show the "Reference" column the same as "Zoom to On-Hand" and "Zoom to Committed" options. Additionally, the "Committed To" column has been removed from the "Zoom to Available" option since available inventory would never be committed. - Release Date: 3/8/2021
  • Labor
  • The OJ records in Labor Time Clock generic reports will now show their corresponding Bill/Work Code. With this change users will be able to be selective on these fields and get both the IJ and OJ records. - Release Date: 5/11/2021
  • Time Clock & Time Card Maintenance now have selectivity outside of the finder grid for Clock/Work Date. This allows users to enter a range of dates and will improve performance of the page. - Release Date: 3/12/2021
  • The Inventory Transaction Inquiry page now has selectivity outside of the finder grid for Transaction Year/Month. This allows users to enter a range of periods and will improve performance of the page. - Release Date: 3/12/2021

  • In Mfg. Order Detail Maintenance, clicking the [Reduce Inventory] button when the component part is a Serial Number Required part and the Process Quantity is greater than 1 will now bring up the "Select Serial Numbers" popup window to allow you to select the serial numbers to reduce from inventory. Note that in this instance, the Mfg. Order Detail Serial Number field will remain blank since there will be multiple serial numbers associated with this line item. - Release Date: 4/9/2021
  • Mfg. Order Maintenance now has a [Close Order] button to close the Mfg. Order regardless of whether the Order Quantity has been fully completed. Note that all Mfg. Order Detail records will be marked as Closed when closing the order this way. - Release Date: 4/7/2021

  • In Part Maintenance, the [Renumber] popup window has been changed to not enable the [Renumber] button until the New Part Number has been set. This will prevent an error where the user enters the new part number and presses the [Enter] key to renumber the part before the new part number was actually validated. - Release Date: 3/17/2021
  • Added the ability to set and save default selectivity for Part Labels, Part Inventory Labels, and Part Warehouse Labels. - Release Date: 3/9/2021
  • Added the ability to view any documents attached to a part within the Part Status Inquiry page. - Release Date: 3/2/2021
  • Payables
  • The Create Payments page changed the Selected Payables grid to have static headers to allow scrolling the grid items without the headers scrolling out of view. Additionally, the Select Payables grid will now be collapsed by default to allow you to more easily see the list of selected suppliers to pay. - Release Date: 4/30/2021
  • Recurring Payables Maintenance was changed to use the Payables Parameter Default Payable Status for the Default Payable Status dropdown selected value (to be consistent with Payables Invoice Maintenance). - Release Date: 4/22/2021
  • The Invoice Maintenance page now has selectivity outside of the finder grid for Transaction Year/Month. This allows users to enter a range of periods. - Release Date: 4/6/2021

  • Payables Transaction Maintenance will now use the Account Group Actual Purchases Account as the default Expense Account when a Purchase Order ID is specified (to better match how payables should be posted from PO receipts). - Release Date: 3/12/2021

  • In Purchase Order - Add Purchase Order and in Purchase Order - Maintenance, you can now specify a Ship-to Option of "Warehouse" to set the Ship-To Address for the purchase order to the warehouse name/address of the Order Warehouse. You must have specified the warehouse name and address fields in Warehouse Maintenance for this option to work. - Release Date: 5/14/2021
  • Purchase Order - Batch Processing was changed for the "Attach Backorders to Existing Purchase Orders" option to allow optionally attaching to a specified Purchase Order ID. - Release Date: 5/14/2021
  • Purchase Order Auto Reorder will now show future demand for the next 12 months for both Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the Part Information grid. - Release Date: 5/6/2021
  • Purchase Order Auto Reorder now has the option to sort the grid by Part Description, Supplier Name, or Part Number (default sort). - Release Date: 5/6/2021
  • Purchase Order Auto Reorder changed the "Reorder Parts" detail grid to show Quantity On Hand and Quantity Available and to combine MaxStockLevel / ReorderPoint / MinStockLevel into a single Max/Rop/Min field to be more compact. Also, the reorder grid "Part Info View" icon has been changed from a pencil to a green circle checkmark for consistency with similar icon usage. - Release Date: 3/17/2021
  • Purchase Order Auto Reorder has been changed to include an optional Priority Date range (Begin Date and End Date). If specified, the Priority Date range will restrict the order demand quantities to dates within this priority date range. For Purchase Orders, Priority Date is Expected Date else if blank then Order Date. For Sales Orders and Mfg. Orders, Priority Date is Required Date else if blank then Order Date. Using a Priority Date range allows you to reorder parts and exclude parts that won't be needed for several months. - Release Date: 3/17/2021
  • Purchase Order Receiving now displays the total quantity of items ordered and received as well as total cost of the order and total cost of items received. - Release Date: 3/15/2021
  • Added the ability to set and save default selectivity for Automatic Reordering. - Release Date: 3/9/2021
  • In Purchase Order Maintenance, the "Copy Order" option was changed to add an Override checkbox to override the default Purchase Order ID Code. There is now also a Warehouse ID drop-down list to allow you to copy a Purchase Order to a new order for a different Warehouse/Branch. The Warehouse Master Branch Number will be used for the PO default branch if it is non-zero for the selected Warehouse ID. - Release Date: 2/22/2021

  • Re-updating a quote to a sales order will now remove any sales order item that was removed from the quote. This will only occur if the sales order item is open and non-committed. - Release Date: 6/10/2021
